• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are typically handled the same business day. Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, will be processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
